Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to Spin Art USA!

We’re a family-owned business that has been building quality spin art machines for decades. Every machine is proudly built, assembled, and tested in the USA before it leaves our shop.

We appreciate every customer and want your experience with us to be a great one.

If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for below, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply place your order through our website.

If you’re not sure which machine is right for your needs, feel free to contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to answer your questions and help you choose the best machine for your application.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered through our secure online checkout.

Pricing

Do you offer quantity discounts, nonprofit discounts, or wholesale pricing?

Our website prices are already our best prices.

We price our machines fairly from the beginning, so every customer receives the same low wholesale pricing.

Because of this, we do not offer additional discounts for quantity purchases, schools, churches, charities, nonprofits, fundraisers, government agencies, or other organizations.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our pricing policy.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship only within the Continental United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in address correction fees, rerouting fees, return shipping charges, redelivery charges, or any other carrier-imposed fees, those additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our facility.

What happens if my order is returned to Spin Art USA?

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any other reason beyond our control, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping fees, address correction fees, and any other carrier-imposed charges.

If you would like your order reshipped, these charges must be paid before the order is shipped again.

If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, any refund will be less all shipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any other non-refundable costs incurred by Spin Art USA.

Because every machine is built, tested, and inspected specifically for each order, machine sales remain final. Refunds will not be issued simply because a shipment was returned due to circumstances within the customer’s control.

If you believe your shipment was returned in error, please contact us. We’ll be happy to review the situation with you.

Returns & Lifetime Limited Warranty

Are machine sales final?

Yes.

Because every Spin Art USA machine is individually built, assembled, and thoroughly tested before shipment, all machine sales are final.

Instead of offering returns, we proudly stand behind every machine we build with our Lifetime Limited Warrantyagainst defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Is the warranty transferable?

No.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable if the machine is sold, given away, or otherwise transferred to another owner.

What does the Lifetime Limited Warranty cover?

Our warranty covers defects resulting from the way the machine was manufactured or assembled under normal use.

If a manufacturing defect develops, we’ll repair it and return it to you as quickly as possible.

What should I do if my machine isn’t working properly?

Please contact us first.

We’ll discuss the problem with you and help determine whether the machine needs to be returned for inspection. If it does, we’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Many issues can be resolved quickly, and if your machine needs service, we’re happy to take care of it.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT disassemble your machine.

Please do not take the machine apart, modify it, or attempt to repair it yourself.

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair will void your Lifetime Limited Warranty.

We’ve been building and repairing these machines for many years. Chances are we’ve seen the problem before, and we’d much rather help you fix it correctly than have you accidentally create a bigger problem.

Just give us a call—we’re always happy to help.

Use only genuine Spin Art USA products and accessories.

Our machines are designed, tested, and warranted using genuine Spin Art USA products and accessories.

The use of flying discs, screens, replacement parts, accessories, paints, or other products not purchased directly from Spin Art USA has not been tested for compatibility and will void your Lifetime Limited Warranty.

Using genuine Spin Art USA products helps ensure safe operation, reliable performance, and long service life.

If you’re ever unsure whether a product is compatible, simply give us a call before using it.

Who pays shipping?

For warranty repairs:

  • You are responsible for shipping the machine to us.
  • If the repair is covered under warranty, we will repair it and pay the cost of shipping the repaired machine back to you.

What if the damage isn’t covered under warranty?

If our inspection shows the problem was caused by accidental damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, the use of non-approved products or accessories, or other non-warranty causes, we’ll contact you before performing any repairs.

We’ll explain exactly what we found and provide an estimate before any work begins.

If you choose to proceed, you’ll pay only our actual cost for parts and labor. We do not mark up replacement parts.

Paint Recommendations

What type of paint should I use?

Our machines are designed to work with high-quality water-based latex or acrylic paints purchased from Spin Art USA.

Using our recommended paints provides the best color, performance, and cleanup while helping protect your machine.

What paints should I avoid?

Do not use oil-based paints, solvent-based paints, epoxy coatings, or any paint that is not water-based.

If you’re considering using a paint or product not purchased from Spin Art USA, please contact us first. Using non-approved products may affect machine performance and may void your warranty.

Cleaning & Maintenance

How do I clean my machine?

Keeping your machine clean is the best way to ensure years of reliable operation.

  • Wipe the outside of the machine clean after each use before the paint has a chance to dry.
  • The inside of the machine is protected by a permanent plastic liner. Simply allow the paint to dry completely. Once dry, it will typically peel away in one piece, making cleanup quick and easy.

Can I pressure wash my machine?

No.

Never pressure wash or submerge your machine in water or any other liquid.

Doing so can force moisture into the motor, bearings, electrical components, and other internal parts, causing damage that is not covered under warranty.

If you have questions about proper cleaning procedures, just give us a call. We’re always happy to help.

Replacement Parts

Can I purchase replacement parts?

Yes!

Replacement screens and brackets are available for purchase directly from Spin Art USA.

For most other replacement parts, the machine must be returned to us so we can properly install, test, and ensure everything is working correctly before returning it to you.

We’re happy to provide a repair estimate before any work is performed. Just give us a call.
